ALOHA to all you "Mainlanders!" We're still in Hawaii, but leave this eve at 8:00..hope the Harrah weather is ok for an easy drive home and then up to Stillwater for a Cowboys Game Tuesday eve. It's not raining at this moment but a little cloudy, but of course, warm. Our big decision for the morning..do we go to the Shore Bird for a buffet breakie or just to the Galaxy for a lighter fair? We need to pack & make sure of the 50 lb limit & of course, check out by noon & store our stuff. Yea! We didn't have to store the bags..Felesa talked ($) them into letting us stay in their room until 7:00. So we take our stuff up there & go out for some shopping & eating. I sneak off by myself & KK goes with the others. OK, now we're back together & me & the Mrs go down the street to the Tiki Grill & Bar for a nice quiet meal & some mai tai's-what's the capitol of North Dakota?(Nate-our waiter- doesn't have a clue what it is.) Back up to the room via Kuhio Street & shower and get re-packed and weighed..we're OK! I did go back down to the Big Hotel ( the Kuilanai), where their Chef had prepared & set up a huge Christmas scene, using ginger bread, chocolate & white frosting (130 lbs) quite amazing! A couple of trains, circus tent, ski lift and many buildings, including the Royal Hawaiian Palace. Now we've checked out & waiting in the lobby for our transfer to the airport-the Roberts Shuttle Bus! United at 11:00 to Denver & onto OKC by 1:00 pm. See ya back on the cul-de-sac. No problem with the weather in OKC & we made it home by 2:00, unpacked, went thru the mail & headed off to the Haws for a trip to GIA & Poke hoops--we win! Maui Mike
